How we work
Digital transition is not about buying software: it is a change that runs through the whole business, from people to processes. That is why we guide your business one step at a time, starting from what already works and what costs you time.
We begin by listening. We come to you, watch how work really gets done and talk to the people who use the tools every day. Then we sort out what we found and pinpoint where digital and AI can create real value, and where they are not needed.
The result is a Digital Action Plan: a working document that says what to do, in what order and with whom. If you need custom software, we design and build it. If you need to prepare your people, our team runs hands-on AI courses, in person and tuned to your starting level.
We are a tech cooperative from Bergamo, and we work with manufacturing SMEs, service companies and other cooperatives. We speak the language of people who run a business, not only that of technology.

Humain is a tech cooperative based in Dalmine, near Bergamo, Italy. We help SMEs and cooperatives through their digital transition with three services: digital facilitation, custom software and AI courses for teams.
A short programme in which we work out with you where digital and AI bring value to your business. It starts with a 2-hour on-site assessment and continues with 5 in-person sessions, up to the Digital Action Plan.
It is the final document of the digital facilitation programme: it lists the actions to take, in what order and with which technologies. It stays yours, with no strings or lock-in, and you can use it whenever you like.
The facilitation programme takes 4-6 weeks and takes you from "we don't know where to start" to a concrete plan. For custom software projects, timing depends on the plan and we agree it with you before starting.
Teams of any level, even with no prior experience. The courses have three levels, from the first chat to orchestrating several agents, are held in person with homogeneous groups, and are often eligible for funding.
Our office is at POINT in Dalmine, in the province of Bergamo. We work with businesses and cooperatives across Italy and take part in European projects.
