Digital training from people who practice it every day.
Tailored, fundable training for SMEs to bring Artificial Intelligence into business processes: from advanced prompt writing to autonomous agents.
How many people in your team really use AI every day, not out of curiosity, but to work better?
If the answer is "few", you are not alone: AI adoption in Italian businesses has doubled in a year (from 8% to 16.4%), but structured training remains rare, especially for SMEs.
That's because real training capacity is still concentrated in large companies; for SMEs it usually stops at generic courses from whoever sells the tool.

Digitalization and AI
We respond with a path built on four pillars, for a conscious use of artificial intelligence:
Before opening any tool we listen: what each person needs and what the organization needs. The exercises start from there.
- Your everyday tasks, redone together with AI
- Reports and accountability documents, from first draft to finished file
- An agent built around one of your real processes
Using AI well means knowing when to trust it and what the law asks of you.
- Where models go wrong: bias, made-up answers, sources to check
- The AI Act and GDPR explained for people who work, not for lawyers
- Clear rules on who uses what, and with which data
Understanding how a model works takes the magic away and shows that alternatives exist.
- Where today's AI comes from and how it produces an answer
- Open models: what you can run in-house
- Free tools alongside commercial ones
Every text pasted into a chat is data leaving the company. We learn to decide where it goes.
- What happens to what you type into an AI chat
- Cloud, European servers or on-premise: how to choose
- Not depending on a single vendor
The goal: understand the potential and limits of AI systems, especially generative ones, and gain confidence with the most common tools, from chatbots to "no code" integrations.

Basic
Fundamentals of AI and Everyday Use in the Office
For clerks, administration and sales teams: cut repetitive daily tasks and write emails, reports and summaries safely and quickly.

Intermediate
Integration and Operational AI Agents
For project managers and technical teams: move from chat to automated workflows and custom micro-agents that manage internal data.

Advanced
Advanced Orchestration and Multi-Agent Systems
For IT, development and digital transformation departments: architectures of interconnected AI agents to scale business processes.
Frequently asked questions
No, we created several levels for exactly this reason: the Basic path starts from zero, with the history of artificial intelligence, using chats and how context works. If the team already has experience, you can start directly from the Intermediate or Advanced level after a short assessment together.
The courses are taught by Marco, a member of Humain. Each course usually runs for 2 sessions of 4 hours, up to 4 sessions depending on need. We work with homogeneous groups (clusters), for example executives, or with several clusters together.
Very often, yes. Check with us which funding options fit your company (interprofessional funds, regional calls): availability depends on the company profile and changes over time.
You can call Marco, who teaches the courses, at +39 371 348 2892, or write to hello@humain.coop. Together we define which level to start from and how many people to involve.
We are equipped to run courses at our venue, in dedicated rooms, or we are happy to use your premises. We believe in-person meetings are very effective and engaging, but we are fully open to remote courses or sessions where meeting physically is not possible.
